My apologies if I'm mixed up here, but isn't this the good old Peridot? As in the ones which Clerics used to use for their Symbol line? It can be summoned now!? Good lord. Which class/spell?
yes, but cleric spells no longer require componentsand havent so for a while now. Still used for Rune type spells.

Asking around I found out the average price is around 12pp, and around 7-9pp in the Bazaar.
where can these be purchased?

Does anybody know what mob drops this FREQUENTLY??? I use these in several high level spells and if I could just farm them that would be awesome.(I'm cheap)

They seem to be droppinf off Panda cubs, and young pandas in Stonebrunt quite often, i looted three peridots , and have 8 panda pelts which drop every kill. 3/8 aint bad =)
