I can confirm that this mob drops Feather Down Shirt. Had one drop for me yesterday. However it seems to be extremely rare.

Lvl 51 shammy here, these mobs are nice for soloing. They are yellow to me. I pulled with slow and then hit em with a couple dots. Then me and my pet melee with maybe one heal. They turn at about 10% to run. Don't drop anything special except skins, paws - I beleive the paw is for the griffin ride to next plateau. When hunting with my ranger friend, he was snaring them.. so..

No summoning
Snare and Rootable
No ae or procs
About medium hp for their lvl
Pretty easy and good xp
