Theres mention of 3 places they spawn "on the ledge", wow fantastic what ledge,"on the ground with them", um ok where are they on the ground, and "across the way on the dock" across what way, and where is this dock? how about a loc in the zone or even an area of reference, north south east west center of zone something useful would be nice.
Ok i found them they spawn along the shore where the river drops into the lake pos 119 pos 364 the afore mentioned dock is right across fom this point of reference, just wander up and down the west shoreline and you will find plenty, good hunting

These guys are indirectly needed for Aid Grimmel quest. There are three positions you can fight them: on top of the ledge pulling with snare, on the ground with them, and across the way on the dock. Above the ledge is nice but you will get adds sometimes. Down below the agro radius of these guys is really large and you will get chain adds. From the dock if you do lev, you can single shot pull with arrows from the dock two of them. All are singles at that point and I highly recommend the dock above all three. Do not wanter though, because wraiths are just over the greens.
Two more things: get virtue and kei. Soloing these things is pretty easy but the first 10 seconds you take quite a bit of dmg each battle.

I've killed a number of these, and they do not appear to summon, enrage, rampage, or flurry. Combat wise they double for 286.
They will assist each other, and run when they get to low health (snare recommended). They cast an ensemble of druid spells including Winged Death, so keep MR and FR up.

Set him to GAURD HERE then cast summon Companion. Don't let your pet try to find his own path. He'll bring friends.

After reading the posts I had to make this correction. They are level 53 rangers.
Druids actually, cofirmed that they cast winged death, 53 druid spell.

I tend to think that they are Rangers. Although only Druids get Winged Death they also cast Call of Flame now and then and that's a ranger only level 49 quest spell.

Okay, if u stand on the docks. . .look across the river and u shoudl se like 5 of them spaced apart. Easy 2 pull as long as u have Levitate. Be were these are druids and will cast and cast and cast on u before u get back to docks.
Are druids. Cast all druids thing... including dots as winged death. Preatty weak in general. Dispells also.

I've been hunting these with a blood raven quite consistently (has been easier since I got my twink cleric to 46). I have so far only tried pulling them up, but have only been very sucessful at getting 3 of the spawns to path properly to do it. I am currently working on a plan to get a raven down there so that I can work the entire spawn, it will probably be the death of me... wish me luck.
I have found a way to get both me and me pet down there. Got to the area north of the GY where all the static raven spawns are. Charm ya a birdie and keep heading north, peeking over the ledge until you see the ledge at the bottom break. Drop down here, be careful becuase too far north and you agro the hobogoblins, your pet will path down just to the south of you but not close enough to the first "slug" to agro. Making very good xp here soloing at 62 but if charm breaks succor or use exodus and try again.

They were dropping fishing spears tonight. Not as good as the other spears though.

Their DS rips up. Our 58 cleric MoK was not working at all. To get it off we had to dispel. Need to root because they do path though water. We've killed atleast 15 of them, no blood. 15th one dropped an Ethereal Parchment though. They can nuke when your low so dont risk it...keep above 1 bub.
The Slarghilugs also drop diamonds and blue diamonds.

these are druid mobs and cast alot..they can be snared.. i have been charming wolvs then pullin them up w/ snare and sicin the wolv on him..dont summon and i duno if they drop parchments havent seen 1 yet

was fighting the werewolves along the wall in PoN and this and 2 werewolves added, this thing conned yellow to me and im a 52 ranger. just fyi :-)
