hit these with scourge run let pet aggro, togors
wait bit venom of snake then nuke nuke as they hit u & dead dead dead. most of the time dot sticks after u have cast scourge. Have tried cancel magic but didn't really notice difference lvl 40-43 in dl

From what I've experienced they are rangers, they cast low level druid dot's and roots and they sow themselves occasionaly. They have a high magic resistance, but they have low hp and rarely cast, so they are an easy target for for any organized group. Remember to snare though, they will flee at sow speed and cause a big ole headache hehe...

One way to slow them down is to strip enchantments, that way you remove both their DS and sow...=). Done this many a time now, helps when you don't have snare.

Fighting a wide range of spiders last night including Webmasters, spinners, widows and recluses...varied loot was Spider silk (funnily enough), Drachnid Web Sac, Runes, Words, Golden pendant, Drachnid leg tip (nice low level piercer 27/6, 0.0 weight and magic) and plat ranging from 5sp 10 cp to 5pp 8gp 10sp 23cp.
So these are good hunting for money, items and oh yeah also gained 2 bubs in hell from just over 4 hours :)

Even after Malising the Drachnids's it's pretty hard to get a poison DoT to stick.
