The Plane of Earth is home to The Rathe, the embodiment and consciousness of the pure, primal earth. The terrain of this realm is varied and includes jungles, caverns, muddy lakes and burrows. The lands are filled with precious jewels forced by the mighty powers of the earth.

The many structures found within the plane are earthen temples of monumental size.Beyond the engineering capabilities of mortal civilizations, inhabited by servants of The Rathe and other denizens of the plane.

The Rathe themselves reside within the vast open spaces of the plane where their essence intertwines with that of the realm. Their bodies, composed of earth and flora, feed eternally upon the life-giving warmth of the plane's own sun.


Level 60 is required to enter the zone without a flag on the live servers.

Undead cave

Has anyone ever figured out the significance of the undead trap mobs in the small cave along the right-side wall from the zone-in?

Are they just there for a place to grind XP, or...is there something more?

Annoying zone! "There are no heroes" for the magician spell and some parts of the zone don't permit clicking to a campfire. At least the area where you need to pick up the big sword for Plane of War access quests. Not the end of the world since if you can handle Plane of War this zone is trivial. But it's annoying if you're boxing a full group.

Assuming you've found the entrance at the far SW corner of Plane of Tranquility, you need only click on the tall brown rock farthest from Taq'aal Emeraldshard. The tall brown rock is colored differently than the rest of the smaller rocks, and has rune symbols all over it.

Discovered a non-listed or new mob in the back of the tunnels in front of the door. Will provide screenshot..he was standing in front of the door when he aggroed me... ..."A Lesser Arbitor of Earth"..uncertain of mob level..was green to me at 92. I'd safely assume it's probably the same level as Tantisala Jaggedtooth, as they alternated back and forth on "consider" track list. Dropped nothing and didn't seem to trigger any other mob pop. I would debate this but possible. We one-grouped Tantisala Jaggedtooth the other night (way overkill) he hits in the 1900s - procs/casts Disease Cloud (which we resisted most every time) it is a disease-based slow of about 50% and does 1250dd. He dropped 3 keys to that unpickable door behind leading to the caves entrance. I've killed 2 named that drop the rogue only pet-procn dagger and have gotten the mask both times. More to come until I get that dagger =)

It is not 24 hours, that has been proven a long time ago.

It is at least48 hours and maybe 72 hours to have 4 rings done to pop the arbitor.

There are 4 rings to complete in a time of 24 hours to make the Mystical arbitor of earth spawn.

Names are Dust, Rock (Vegerog), Mud and Stone. Each one has its own trigger and trash mobs to kill before you can access to the named. The better you can do is to look under the description of each mob to get more information on what you got to do and how in each ring.

Huh? I've been reading on the mobs for hours now.. Still have no idea where to start, what mob belongs to what ring, no information on dialogs i.e. is there a pre-flag dialog needed to begin the Rings? Why are they called the rings.. who or what is to be hailed after the final battle? ..

Geezzz... this has been like pulling teeth!

No hails before or after. It is not a flag at all.
Each major plateu has lots of the same mob time on or around it.
Start clearing the mobs on it, when all of the "trigger" ones are dead, it starts.
They are called "rings" because a script starts where you have to fight, then more spawn, then more spawn, then a boss at the end, which drops items.
Although, if the ring had been done already, the boss won't drop anything.

There are 4 such events in the zone. Each one I believe has a chance to trigger the flag event back in the tunnels past Tantisala, and the more events down, the better the chance.

VT equipped groups can easily exp in this zone. You pull mobs to zi, an area right of zone-in (facing out), and a semi-safe spot down to the left of zi. A few basic areas to get your started.

You don't have to be VT equipped to exp here, but you want to be decent equipment and skill. A couple of mobs do interesting things during battle and some after. I am sure you can figure out a way to make this work for you. :)

What I meant by "making this work for you" is, upon death, a mob will spawn 1-5 DCable mobs. Nice addition to dps. Even nicer is they are animals. SK, 3 druids, enchanter, and cleric in a group. That is 4 DC mobs. As a cleric, I was not really needed...go figure that eh? Thanks Sony.
