Why cant they put some decent AC on some of these items.
They may as well take Pal and SK off this item when they give it such a crap AC.
As for the guy taking off his Lodi shield for this .. well, I would hope you will have gone through a few cloaks after your Lodi before you set foot in this zone.

18wis/int 130 mana ft5 on a non-caster item makes baby jesus cry
A bit low AC for Pal/Sk, but still a fairly good cloak
A really good cloak for Rangers and BLs (need less AC than Pals/SKs and will love the FT)
A completely awesome cloak for Bards
FT is the only mana regen source bards have (mana regen spells don't affect them and their meditation skill is capped at 1), this one not only has a huge FT (bard items with so much FD are not that common) but it also has good stats to boot (HPs and Sta which everyone needs, Int & Mana a bard will love and Cha the bard will appreciate)

Its about damn time they gave us Hybrid casters something with good Wis/mana and FT5.

If you honestly think that high wis/int, mana, and FT are for casters only, then I invite you to play a hybrid class while ignoring your caster side as much as possible. Lemme know how it goes.

Yep. I'd give up my Lodizal Shield in a hearbeat for this on my Beastlord. :)
