Fell in the pit and tried to walk out. Didnt work. Didnt wanna gate since I was bound in Queynos. Corpse was pulled to the zone by a group of 51(before) 50(after) friends. I went back, got bound. Went into pit and got corpse at zone then gated faster than I ever have before. Hope the experience helps someone and hope to see thurgadin again in 40 lvls or so.
my 38 (now 37 rogue) fell off of the bridge in thurg, cant pull my own corpse out and when i do finally get it out how da hell do i git outta there without having to go through the keep again? plz help woniwilly torv
My 37 (seems to be a common level for chasm jumping) Bard also fell down. She can levitate, safe fall, invis and do short distance TPs. Can she get out? No. Can she make it through Icewell? Can she hell. Your only solution is to find someone nice (druids good choice) who can levitate themselves down and TP you out. Thats what I did. Thank you Mali!! (Torv)
Necro 39 spell - summon corpse. Go to Neriak in the cleric guild get a NON STACKABLE coffin (costs about 160pp, aren't you glad you banked extra cash now?) giveit to necro, necro will summon your corpse to wherever you are standing. Must be in the same zone as corpse though. Had to do this once when I lost my corpse int he mines of Droga on a mini adventure... all alone with invis on, very very bad times.
Hehe fell down in pit playing arouns sliding on ice by the bridge. I knew i wasnt going though IW , no guild druids where on so i /join port ,(the port channel on my server) and payed a nice druid 50pp to come get me out lol.
I was stuck in the pit with a friend the other day *somehow got the missillusion that icewell wasn't as low of a zone so was gonna help friend with CR* well i found out what level zone icewell was so i decided i was not gonna go through there. we got a druid to come but for some reason the port wouldn't work. After druid left i ended up killing my friend so he could just pull corpse to bridge. that worked, but i was still in pit. so i was sitting here, when all of a sudden i hear 4 guards shout that i was dead meat, so i start to charge to the icewell keep zone.*I had figured i'd zone out then back in to lose aggro* as i charge for the zone, i notice the tunnel seems pretty long and when i get to the end of the tunnel, believe it or not, i'm staring at the bridge i was just trapped under. so i go zone out to great divide and zone back in when a gm walks into zone also. I truthfully tell him that i just found that glitch and didn't get in trouble. This has been my "I fell in the pit" story

Ok, i'm going to throw a word out here and let's see if you can understand it: Experience. Yes, sometimes, people like to kill things for xp not for the phat lewts. The loot is a nice bonus, but the main purpose is to hit 60 and then go get your primal and crap.
I'm always amazed at how many are willing to post derogatory and insulting thing while anonymous. STFU. If he wants to ask what it drops, keep your opinion to yourself, he didn't ask for it, and if you aren't willing to stand up for it, you dont have the right to give it.
It summons, and procs that damn TT knockback like the ones in Unrest (remember the pit? hehe) and najena. So if your tanking prepare to be a Humanoid Yo-Yo...Knockback..summon...knockback...summon (vomit) repeat
As far as we could tell, it's not possible to Mez these. They can be charmed, but it won't last long. Best strategy in Lower Icewell is to always make these the primary target.
What is a lvl 34 Druid doing in there anyway? My lvl 44 Druid entered the zone, did a track list and saw everything was Way Red so backed out about as fast as he arrived.
Its not scary, its just not a place for anyone under lvl 50.
Ha. You think that's bad? I followed a guildmate to thurgadin just to do some exploring. Fell off the bridge by accident, and figured what the heck.. i'll bet this hallway leads back up to the town, boy was i wrong. Stmbled into here with my 28 Cleric yes you read that right 28 Cleric. Was immediately slaughtered by 2 of these and an Avalanche Golem (like it took all 3 of them to rip my lungs out?) Then had to spend 4 hours trying to find anyone brave enough to go into this zone to try and ehlp me. Did eventually get a group of lvl 60's to help me (Thanks again Corbun) I will definetly NEVER be going anywhere near there again.
you think that is bad?? I did the same thing you did I didn't last long even being a 46 bard One of those Frost Spikes Raped me so fast I zoned in next sec I was at my bind point wondering what the heck happened. Had to have a level 60 SK summon my hide outta there not to mention having a nice cleric rez me.
