Some of our Guild were hunting in Sirens Grotto and looted many crushed Gems of different types. Fairly common drop we noticed, I got 2 crushed myself :o)

i got a flame opal but not a crushed one. I haerd u can get them cushed in lake rath by a orge. Is is true? And are there places where u can get the gems crushed at?

Those ogres crush gems for a different quest. You need to loot a crushed opal.

I was soloing in Velketor’s Labyrinth today killing spiders at bottom when 1 of these dropped. I had heard rumours of gems dropping here, but now have seen the personally.

Confirmed. I've hunted there 2 nights (roughly 12 hours in total, weekends :) and my group(s) got about 10 gems. Crushed Flame Opal was one of them.

Too bad 2 others I got were Crushed Diamond Dust and Crushed Emerald.

Found this and all the other crushed gems in Icewell Fortress beneath the ice. Very high level area, everything seems to be 51-60, lowest things are skeletons which hit for 160sh, rest hits for 200+ and some can't be mezzed, sooo ya need about 2-3 groups to be safe...gonna be fun gettin 3 of the gems.

Are they dropped or something that is on the ground that you have to pick up in the middle of the high lvl mobs?
