i'd like to know if there is a certain percent chance a mob can drop an aug, such as does this cave trash have the same chance of dropping a mudflow stone as say, a dragorn laborer in harbringer's spire?

I have noticed that mobs can con yellow for 2 levels so 40 could be right.
