Soloed him with a 73 Mage. Used air pet with Granite Stance... Didn't even use 5k in mana. popped after i killed the first PH and the single stoner and the single noc off to his 2-o'clock.
I don't think it's ultra-rare spawn, i think you're just extremely unlucky. (or camping the wrong mob =-/)

3 days, 5 hours day and no sig mob. Killed teh PH until I am going to throw up. Did not realize this is a ULTRA rare spawn. As is a 20 min timer this is ridicoulous.

wasn't rare when I got mine or wife's. we both had ours easily within an hour on separate occasions /shrug
-475,+185 if your at stoneworker camp and are looking across the field up that hill and on the far left theirs a area that looks like a look out area that views a big portion of the zone. Theirs a fountain there and the dragorn is ph. To get there safely without agroing the kyv ring event thing if you hug that left wall all the way on top of the hill and follow it around to the look out area you wont agro any mobs.

Spawn timer is 19:30.
I think i have killed every PH in teh zone about 10 times , and still no spawn =/

I was in a group trying for signets with my 73 ranger 11,727 hps, decent equipment, after a few spawns on the Place Holder, the rest of the group had to leave. I decided to wait for one more spawn and sure enough the prodigy spawned at the bridge by the stone temple. I had hoped to root and shoot but he summons. I was popping healing potions as fast the recast would let me. I also used my aa for renewal at 18% so I went back up to 100%, got him to 7% and was feeling pretty good as I was at 22% with a HOT potion on me. The ******* flurried and I was back in POK. I do believe an sk or a pally could solo him. I had no trouble with adds. Hope this helps someone.

There are 5 PH's zonewide, more than one of the nameds can be up at a time.
Can there be only one of these guys up at a time. In other words, do ya need to check all the PH locations before you settle in to camp a particular PH. We spent 3+ hour doing the one in the NW and never saw him. Didn't have a tracker to check rest of zone.

zoned in to RCoD today to try get a signet.
on my map he was marked at nw in zone.
invised and moved up, and there he was.
i took a look around to see if i could fight him, and discovered a room with a gnome called filigno the slayer,,
had to clear out a golem, then i pulled prodigy with snare, to this room,
used 1 hot potion, and soul shield disc, and leechcurse disc.
was supposed to HT him as well, but he was dead before i could trigger.
so, he should be soloable for many classes :)
i popped infusion before fight, but his spells still hit sometimes

Can spawn in quite a few places.
Seen him in the room with Tyian Rianda (spawn on the left side of room if you are coming from the main part of the zone).
Seen him near the archers - midway between Ungorn and Ujani spawn spots.
Also, seen him near Stonetooth's spawn.
I would have thought Tyian's room would be the best place to camp him. Easily done with less than one group, and if you have a full group you can probably keep the Bowlord room clear also.

Well to date i have always seen him next to the 2nd stone bridge, but logged in with my Druid today he is on track before the 1st bridge and there is nothing up in his usual spawn spot. If i find him i'll post a Loc.

Well i can't get close to get a loc, but it looks to have popped in the cave to the right hand side after you go past the area where the warrior epic kill is done

can someone post some tactics. i wanna know if i can go in and kill him or do i need to clear mobs in area as well. i noticed that he spawns right by the bridge ...can a tank pin him against the bridge and rest of group be up the hill a little bit to avoid the ae?...............thanks in advance
He's no tougher than any other named Dragorn (e.g. Laborer in RCoD, Battleleader in NC, Strategist in WoS).
Easier in some ways than the normal trash ukuns etc here. Hits a bit harder, and has more hps, but doesn't have the same bursts of dps from procs which can take a tank out quickly.
I wouldn't worry about the AE too much, just make sure your healers stick a HoT or small heal on the casters now and then, and keep an eye on any pets you don't want to lose.

They are for protecting you from a AE inside the Anguish zone. But to get there you have to do all expiditions in MPG, something which no guild has achieved so far I belive. Some of them are extremely buggy ;)

PH is any dragorn turncoat. The signets are for the Anguish key.
PH is the dragorn type monster next to Stoneworker Stonetooth camp. Spawn cycle is 20 min, it is either him or the PH. Rough estimate is that 1/4 spawns are named.
Killed him 5 times. Dropped the Weather-worn signet every time, no other loot.

Seems like this will have something to do with the drop from Wall of Slaughter, off of a Dragorn Mastermind, who drops the Tarnished Signet.
Maybe something in the other high level zones have "a dragorn Something" that drop more signets.
