Dar Forager Lumun in Mountains of Rathe does NOT sell Chunks of Meat
There is a vendor during the daytime on the second floor of Seafarer's Rest in East Freeport who sells unlimited amounts of Chunk of Meat. Lunce Nasin at -230, -860.
confirmed, still sells it in 2024

Nostrilman is right about the Vendor in E. Freeport in all things except the Second Floor.....He is on the first floor -1155.91,-1139.34,10.19

After the revamp he is on the first floor, behind the bar.

This cant be purchaced at vendors, its sctrictly a mob drop.

This is true of course, unless someone has sold them a few pieces and those pieces were in the view to be available to be sold.
These are a great source of free food, so put them infront of any rations you have so you can eat them first.
You can also use these in your bakeing skill, making meat pie. If someone knows of a vendor that has these in inventory when the servers are reset, email me, I love meat pot pies :)
