Content will go live on Monday, March 16, 2016 Each group task win carries a Commemorative Coin as a reward for defeating them. If you can overpower all of them you will be able to unlock the door to Krasnok's cabin and face the Captain himself! To battle him, however, you will need a raid of level 105 characters. Defeating Captain Krasnok will result in raid-quality rewards. Raid: Hate's Fury: Seventeen Pieces of Silver The seventeenth anniversary adds a drunken gnome race. Get a new gnome character, find Tipsy Teena in Ak`anon, and join us for a drunken gnome race of WHATEVER server you play on! This event starts a few times each day! Server-wide messages will go out prior to each race, so you always have a chance to join if you want. He is the only "raid" MOB in the zone and to get to him you have to kill all the other named in the zone to loot the 17 pieces of silver to unlock the door to his room. Your raid must defeat him to get the achievement.

The name of this one is somewhat misleading. It takes place in the same zone as the above. However, you can go in with just a group and try to kill the list of named. This is essentially a Hunter achievement. Despite the name of the mission/raid -- you only need 16 Cursed Piece of Silver to open the door.

This requires a Level 1 Gnome character (no other level or race will be allowed to participate). Win or loose, you get a shirt. For non-Gnome and toons over Level 1, just give them the shirt so they can get this achievement.
As a bonus, if you finish in the top three (I think), you can also claim 1 piece of the Tipsy Gnomework ornamentations (also tradable). You will need to finish the race in the top three, seven (7) times, to complete a set (or get them from someone else).

I am always excited when these roll around but have a hard time figuring out what level each quest start at. Is there a list of with level requirements?

If you visit each quest page it should list the estimated minimum level.

Don't know if this is where to post this but . . .
Started Pub Crawl. Got into Pub Kal and realized I forgot to transfer the Skunk Breath Ales from alt. Well my SK froggy being KOS in Kaladim, I figured I really needed the dwf disguise I had just used, so I quit quest and restarted. I finished in time without missing any steps (got the Drunkard's Stein along the way--#%#! I just tripped the thing getting the exact name off the description!) successfully turned in Brasse's repaired stein, but received no commemorative coins at the completion. My 16th Anniversary Tasks shows Pub Crawl as a completed Achievement. (I wouldn't know if I received exp or the 400 pp without noting those levels beforehand.)
My question is, did I mess up by restarting or do past anniversary quests not reward the commemorative coins? Just want to know what to do for next event quest.
Oh, and what is the 6 hr timer for? I assume the 24 hr timer is a 'fail to complete the quest by' thing.
Oh, and what are the consequences for timing out either one?

My 16th Anniversary Tasks shows Pub Crawl as a completed Achievement. (I wouldn't know if I received exp or the 400 pp without noting those levels beforehand.)
My question is, did I mess up by restarting or do past anniversary quests not reward the commemorative coins? Just want to know what to do for next event quest.
Oh, and what is the 6 hr timer for? I assume the 24 hr timer is a 'fail to complete the quest by' thing.
Oh, and what are the consequences for timing out either one?

You get your choice of 22 different factions, consisting of the major factions in the DON, TSS, TBS, SOF, and SOD expansions.
Gifts of Steel (solo) offers 25 points of faction.
Stealing My Life Back (group) offers 50 points of faction.
Steel Behemoths (raid) offers 100 points of faction.
The final 13th anniversary raid (the one in Tower of Frozen Shadow) also offers 100 points of faction.
However, a few of the choices offer double the faction adjustment (50, 100, or 200).
Most affect only the listed faction, but a few actually affect opposing factions as well.
If your faction is already at max so it can't go any higher, you get nothing and your quest reward is wasted.

Okay well so far it seems to be a pita with basic group of regular group geared etc people the mechanics are pain for people that dont get much game play that are in regular basic guild ,but will see as time goes by

Hmm...only have to do 200 15th anniversary missions to get a https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=123269 or a https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=123242 So, we'll say 45 mins to an hour per mission average..that's 150- 200 hrs of grinding (and winning) 15th anniversary missions just for one of the 2... seems a bit pricy if you ask me.

7:30 CST on Xegony -- Anniversary missions have ended.
No NPCs in PoK remain.
Speculation abroad on our server that the 3 14th Anniversary missions that were broken are the only missions still active...I cannot confirm this.
At any rate, I could have sworn I read multiple places that *all* anniversary missions would be extended to May 27th.

Yeah, I hear ya...there are a bunch of angry people that were under the same impression on The Rathe/ Prexus server..mostly those who couldn't get their last drop (s) for "Maximum Capacity". Long wait to finish a task indeed. If SOE spent more time focusing on debugging quests/ events before initiating them, and less time worrying about pre-sales for SOE live, maybe more people could have enjoyed the content of this year's anniversary quests instead of SOE doing multiple repatches..just my 2 cp. I always enjoy hunting Fabled Mobs of all levels from Antonica to the Planes. Looking forward to Hardcore Heritage in another month or 2..if they choose to do the revamps again as they usually do.

Most of these can be killed by a solo level 25 - 30 range with a merc and a good understanding of how to kill mobs.
If you only have lower level chars, nothing here other than time wasters.
You might want to look at the 11th Anniversary 'Gifts of Steel' quests more closely.
Those Gifts of Steel quests can be very handy. I had a new alt on Test, left the Tutorial to do the level 5 quest, back in again to level to 10, then out again to do the level 10 quest, did /testbuff to level 25 and did the level 25 quest!
