Anniversary events tend to run from mid-March to mid-April (sometimes to mid-May) each year. They are not available during the "off season".

It's expected to only be available during anniversary season (mid-March through mid-April). It begins with Sam Napth, a Halfling in the Plane of Knowledge at about -215, -90, -155 (next to the Soulbinder). You say, 'Hail, Sam Napth' Sam Napth says 'I've been expecting you. I have great need of adventurers to help me deal with an important issue. There are a lot of tasks that need doing, I'd be grateful if you could help me out. You see, I've been trying to prove to some important people that such things are foolishness. So I've arranged some tests to prove it.' A task window pops up offering several anniversary tasks. You have been assigned the task 'Not For the Rabbit'. Sam Napth has sent you to test the idea of a rabbit on luck. He's directed you to a specific rabbit that can be found in the Grounds in House of Thule. Roonce can take you to the Grounds. Once there, Drom can tell you how to get back. Find Sam's associate, Roonce, in the Plane of Knowledge. Roonce will lead you to the other team members. Roonce is right next to Sam Napth. You say, 'Hail, Roonce' Roonce says 'Are you here about the [rabbit] or the [flute]? If so, let me know. I'll give you the details.' You say, 'I'm here about the rabbit' Roonce says 'I'll lead you there. You'll have to meet up with Tracker Grempf and an enchanter named Drom. They'll be your team for this mission. Try not to turn this into a disaster.' LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... You have entered The Grounds: The Gardener. Make contact with Tracker Grempf 0/1 (The Grounds) Hail Tracker Grempf at the zone-in. You say, 'Hail, Tracker Grempf' Tracker Grempf says 'So, you arrived? I'm Grempf. I track da rabbit. We see how bad luck really goes. Follow me and Drom.' Escort Tracker Grempf to the rabbit and approach 0/1 (The Grounds) The rabbit is located nearby. This step updates as you approach it. While no harm comes to you, this will be the last time you see Tracker Grempf... Tracker Grempf says 'Found da rabbit!' Drom the Enchanter says 'That rabbit is looking at me weird. I can feel it.' Tracker Grempf screams in terror and explodes in a torrent of blood! Drom the Enchanter says 'I'm getting out of here!' Drom the Enchanter runs away. Find Drom the Enchanter 0/1 (The Grounds) Drom is back at the zone-in. You say, 'Hail, Drom the Enchanter' Drom the Enchanter says 'Did you see that? We're all going to be killed! Wait, no, we have to think. We need something that can deal with that sort of power. I may have a [plan].' Form a plan with Drom the Enchanter 0/1 (The Grounds) You say, 'Tell me about your plan' Drom the Enchanter says 'I believe I can enchant some of the creature components here into a magical explosive that should give you both the range and power to deal with the rabbit. Here, I have a list of what I'll need. I'm sure you can handle it yourself. I'll just, ah, wait right here.' Give 4 Concentrated Mana Essence to Drom the Enchanter 0/4 (The Grounds) These come from "Protector of the Patch" (hits for a max ~7,500; immune to mez, but stunnable). Give 1 Pepponite Head to Drom the Enchanter 0/1 (The Grounds) These come from "Bulwark of the Orchard" (hits for a max ~7,500; immune to mez, but stunnable). Give 2 Chunks of Volatile Compost to Drom the Enchanter 0/2 (The Grounds) These come from "Aerihts Construct" (hits for a max ~7,500; immune to mez, but stunnable). Speak to Drom the Enchanter 0/1 (The Grounds) You say, 'Hail, Drom the Enchanter' Drom the Enchanter says 'Here, take this. Throw it at the rabbit. We can take whatever's left to Sam. I'll wait here, to cover the rear.' Hurl the pumpkin at the rabbit 0/1 (The Grounds) Target the rabbit and right-click the Organic Magic Bomb: a mysterious white rabbit explodes in a torrent of fire. Briefly, through the smokey haze, you see the torn body of the rabbit morph into a woman. It appears it was no ordinary rabbit after all, but a magic-user, seemingly a dreamer. She vanishes quickly before you can react. Collect the rabbit foot and give it to Sam 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge) A rabbit's foot will be on the ground by the NPC. Pick it up, say "leave" to Drom the Enchanter", and give the foot to Sam Napth. You say, 'Hail, Drom the Enchanter' Drom the Enchanter says 'I don't know why I even took this job. Sam is creepy. Please tell me you are ready to [leave]?' You say, 'Ready to leave!' LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... You have entered The Plane of Knowledge. Upon turn-in: You've acquired the rabbit foot, at the expense of the shapeshifting fake rabbit. That could have gone better.
