On Agnarr the brood queen hit us for a max of 656 except for ONE cast of:
a molten brood queen hit Cyndere for 4446 points of fire damage by Lava Ball.
She did die fast. The adds despawned after her death. We just ignored the adds and burned her down.

Tides of Time Overview.
This task starts with right clicking the Repaired Key of Lava obtained by finishing the Broken Key of Lava task. The Repaired Key of Lava offers you a chance to explore the tower Tides of Time. Inside the tower, the challenge Oasis of Lava has an aggressive brood queen to be defeated. This shared task has a level spread limit of 30 and is scaled to your level. Zoning in you see one mob in the middle. For 120+ characters we see a molten brood queen who cons level 128. She's is slowable and has roughly 20 million HP. During the fight 2 a molten protector spawn and attacks based off a certain percentage of health on the brood queen. They are slowable. They each have roughly 18 million HP. Only one will attack at a time. They are mezzable. A third additional a molten protector will spawn and attack where the brood queen is. You can just burn the queen as well and it despawns the adds on her death. You have added 9 alternate currency and to your completion reward. Your task 'Oasis of Lava' has been updated. You have received a replay timer for 'Oasis of Lava': 0d:6h:0m remaining. You have defeated the molten brood queen of the Oasis of Lava. You have gained 19 ability point(s)! Do you know how many AA it gave upon completion?
WARNING: Don't click the Repaired Key of Lava for the quest until you are inside the Tides of Time tower.
I had clicked it after repairing it in Lavastorm and when I went to the 2nd door in Tides of Time tower, it wouldn't let me inside. I had to drop the task and wait an hour to click the key again.

So just after you start in on the queen, two adds pop on the two holes in the floor. They seem to stay there, but both did aggro. Put a pet on oner and killed, then same to the other.
Now the Queen, somewhere around 50% pops an add, wherever she is at, pops right on top of her (we pulled her to the right side, away from the two in the floor holes). Killed that add, killed the queen slowly, got another add, then got another add as her HP got low, just burned the queen at that point, when she died the adds disappeared.
Plan for future is ignore all adds maybe and just burn the queen, we will see.

at level 88 i got hit with lava spittle witch says its a 75k nuke/snare frontal aoe and lava ball witch says it does 100k damage. i some how resisted the first one and got hit with the second one 5 seconds later.
