Add Lord Inquisitor Seru to the list of mobs that drops this... saw it myself on a raid last night.
Well, since I never can get help to go kill these old zone raid mobs I decided to camp the pages. Ya know, easy as. I've been killing the undead in Veksar theater for pg 118 for 5 bloody days now and havnt seen one yet. Web site says "common", WTF.. Common my ***. But no matter how ****** it seems I will still have to camp this area for the page as none are listed in bazaar nor is the spell. If you have this spell on Povar I will reward you well for it. Send email to Scioto. Although I have spent 5 days there with no site of this page needed for the spell I have made a enormous amount of plat from cash, weapons, and tons of sunshard ore. Not to mention the amount of aa's I have pumped out with my paladin (doing the camping / slay 3 = fast kills). None the less folks, this page seems to not exsist. Although if I would pay for multiple accounts SoE caters to you because of the money they make VS someone paying for one account. I've seen people with multiple accounts walk in KSing people soloing and the person soloing gets removed from the server because the multiple account holder didnt like them filing a petition...
Oh, forgot to mention. I have collected enough bones I was able to pop Gaurdon already (easy kill, was 6 of us big overkill). And I have collected enough bones to pop him every 3 days your able to spawn him. Got my 35 sk & 2 BL there to collect the drops :)..
Mostly because its not a real common drop and because the trival to make it is 227. I did see it in the bazar for 20k, but might as well be 20million to this broke druid!
I wonder if it stacks with Mask of the Hunter? That would be mana regen of 6 per tick! 8-)

It says this improves your vision - does it stack with Eagle Eye? If not, which provides a better hit ratio for Bow attacks? Thanks =)
Yes, this spell does stack with eagle eye. However, it does not improve the accuracy of your archery. It widens your sight in first person view, adds 4 mana per tick and allows you to see invisible players/mobs. It's a very handy spell although still quite expensive.
