Even though Stunning Strike say it has only a -200 resist check, I did not resist this as much as I thought I would with 500 resists (Mangler server, PoP era). Usually 500 resists on a -200 resist check would mean I resist 95%+. I wonder if the spell data in game is misleading in some way.

When you port in with Arx key, turn left and go up first staircase. When you come to the first lobby at the top of the stairs, bear left (south) and head all the way down the corridor. You come to another lobby. There is a room directly ahead. Open the door and go in. On the left wall is a bookcase. Immediately after the bookcase the wall is fake. Pass through it to a similar room. Exit the room by its door and dead ahead is the clicky-portal to get to the start of the maze.
Correct spawn time is 60-84 hours. He spawned exactly 63 hours, 5 minutes, and 0 seconds later for me. My character caught both the death and the next engage message in his log. In the past though I've definitely witnessed a delay of over 80 hours, so it's just a random time between 60 and 84.
About two years ago, I would be looting a bridle (or two) with each Lord Seru kill. Today, I have looted 2 bridles from about 20 kills. Anyone having a similar issue? Did they change the drop rate? Though, I have noticed that the loot seems to cycle through between armor pieces, ring/torques, and bridles (item recurs more frequently in a certain period of time).
from my logs of the last few spawns and deaths it seems that the respawn time is based on a 72 hour timer then + or - 12 hours, meaning the soonest he will spawn is 60 hours after death and a max 84 effectly making a 24 hour random window.
for instance, LIS was killed at 1:40 pm on 11/9/2013 he respawned on 11/11/2013 at 6:55 am, which is less then 72 hours, and out of the last 6 spawns it was by far the shortest timer, but its also the 2nd time i saw him spawn in less then 72 hours. i'm going to keep logging and will post any new findings.
I can confirm he is on a 72 too 84 hour spawn timer, from his last death. Being that this guy is perma camped you pretty much have to get lucky to find him up or know when his last kill was. If your camping him for your lvl 1 twink be prepared to spend weeks of killing him to collect all his gear. During my time of farming I found his boots to be common and his bridle rarest which after 7 straight kills still hasn't dropped for me. Good Luck
You can enter through the front where there are 2 " a praetorian suchandsuch" guards. I use my Illusion: Spectre clicky from my Efreeti Death Visage which actually levitates me higher off the ground. I slip right through the wall every time (directly behind the guards outside). No key needed. I rarely get aggro unless there's a roamer when I first go inside from the front. All mobs inside see invis, but if you have a map or know the way by heart, you can literally run straight to the maze floor and avoid killing all the mobs on the ground/ second floors, as they cannot follow you through the portal on the 2nd floor. I recommend killing every mob on Seru's floor inside and out of his room before attempting him unless you want about a dozen adds. He has about a million or so HP's with an avg DPS of 6-700 or less on me (81 ranger HoT geared 2k aa's). I melee him with yttrium longswords (Seru bane dmg weapons are the only thing u can melee him with), and nuke the crap out of him...my swarm pets did wonders. Dots rarely stick on him, but a good DS will make or break this fight if u are relying on dmg casts alone..If you are a melee class..I'd recommend bringing a dmg caster merc to speed things up a bit.

I have Seru's spawn time at roughly and I say roughly
3 1/2 days after normal death.
About 1 1/2 after server restart...
I don't think these are quite accurate, because he seemed to spawn earlier than these, so maybe even 2 1/2 days on normal death and even just 1 day after server restart.

Just to clarify a little more, Seru can spawn anywhere between 72 to 84 hours from his previous death. Also just like someone said already, his spawn timer is not affected by a server down/maintenance.

After having camped this guy and basically monopolized him for many months, I can confirm beyond any doubt that his spawn time is exactly 3 days + 1-12 hours. Don't be mislead by anything else. If your server just restarted, Seru will spawn within 12 hours of a server restart.
Edit: Oh, not that it really matters anymore I suppose, but for the sake of completing the database, here is Seru's info:
Max Hit: 700 HP Estimate: 1,000,000 Flurries: Yes Enrages: Yes Rampages: No Slowable: He is NOT Immune to changes in attack speed, but he is magic immune. Disease slow might work, but I'm no shaman. Immune to all Magic-resist spells.
The "...of Sad Exploitation" items no longer drop from Seru, and haven't for many years as far as I know. They should probably be removed from his loot table.
As far as the bridle goes, it isn't very rare in my experience - got 3 bridles in 5 kills. You can't sell them. I would mention his spawn time but...nah. Good luck to other people still looking for their pony.
This was a long and super fun fight for 85 wiz with t3 merc, nothing past monster mission/baz gear. Set merc to efficient and she never got below 75 mana. I, on the other hand, had to hit Druzzil Harvest twice during fight and ended with 7 mana. Tried to get off serene harvest but couldn't do it. Just chain cast fire nukes (Wildmagic blast/Chaos Combustion), hit twincast when up, second or first spire when up, etc. Kept sword pet on him too, though he killed every one after a couple minutes, still extra DPS. Also, I had attack on the whole fight - he is totally immune to my melee but I have a damage nuke proc that DID land very often. Give it a try wizzies! Dropped bridle, an ancient spell, 4 other spells, ring, sword and couple other things, cant remember.
Also, pull to a corner of the room away from doors, as you WILL get repops during this long fight. No reason to add them.
Arx key ports an entire group, so you don't have to have one, as long as you know someone who does and will port you. As far as I know, there is no other way in there.
