Scars of Velious
For what ever reason, my Troll Shaman cannot memorize this spell. When I right click on the spell, I get a message in red font, 'You are not the proper race to use this item'. While there is no race requirement listed on the spell description. The spell dropped from the Lord Inquisitor.
EDIT: I figured it out. I was getting another message at the same time on a different chat tab. It said I already have the spell memorized. I must have picked up a copy in Vex Thal a while back. DOLT! I would delete this post, but I do not see how to. LOL

Didn't see it mentioned. But this is dropped by Master of the Guard in ST, post Sleeper.
Actually that was Primal Avatar that drops in ST. This here is an ancient spell.
