This is a lower lvl spell research item. The end result is a lesser version of Runed Scroll of Static Strike.
First, you need to either research: Spell: Makeshift Spellcaster's Empowering Essence or find an INT caster that is willing to summon up some for you.
Then:
Combine the Makeshift Binding Powder with: a piece of parchment, makeshift spellcaster's empowering essence and makeshift binding solution.
This results in: makeshift enchanted spell parchment. (trivial 83)
combine the above item with: Quill of the Arcane and Ink of Druzzil Ro to make a Makeshift Scroll of Static Strike. (trivial 98)
Ink of Saryn (instead of Ink of Druzzil Ro) yields: Makeshift Scroll of Poisoning (trivial 103)
Ink of Bertoxxulous (instead of Ink of Druzzil Ro) yields: Makeshift Scroll of Pestilence (trivial 106)
Ink of E'ci (instead of Ink of Druzzil Ro) yields: Makeshift Scroll of Frost Strike (trivial 100)
Ink of Ro (instead of Ink of Druzzil Ro) Yields: Makeshift Scroll of Fire Strike (trivial 100) -This isn't in Lucy database yet.
All the above have the same effect, they just use different resist checks based on the type of ink that was used to make them.
They are 1-charge clicky scrolls (I equate them to mini-nuke pots) that hit the target 3 times at once for a very trivial amount of dmg. Stackable, no recast time and Potion belt-able. Not really very useful (except for a nice steady way for research skillups), but still kinda fun to play around with.
