Well these guys don't wander about. So you'll
probably need lull or some other trick to pull
them from their camp, if you're a 20 something.
If your higher, just take the whole camp if you
can. They drop whatevers going around, I guess
anything from blue wicker to bamboo. Maybe even
a pouch, that 10% weight reduction
"the shaman pouch" who drops that?

This necklace drops off kobold shaman, and I am wondering is it for a quest of some sort?

the greater kobold shamans which only spawn in the large camp to the right of warrens zone drop blue wicker armor, its 1 ac better then ringmail i think and looks like blue leather armor medium size, it looks really cool on my iksar shaman... hell it looks really cool on everyone but its pretty rare took me days of camping to get a full suit but well worth it!
Hehe, if it took you days, then it will take me months. That is the way EQ works for me. Was trying to get Narra Tanith in South Karana for a month, gave up.

Same here, highest was 22, the lowest 18.

I've been hunting these since 22nd (sk) and they were all blue to me then. at least the ones in the camps near the Warrens zone.
