Considering how rarely he is up, he doesn't drop much that's worth anything. At least you have a chance to get a DRT from Crush or a Dragoon Dirk from D'Vinn. The Prophet should have been made to drop something equally good.

spent 10 days in Cb with my classic toons and classic guild. in the castle tower we saw 500 cents, 300 oracles, 250 Empp Crush, 2 Dvinns, and onyl 1 Prophet in 10 days.

Prophet's a wimp- he doesnt have hardly ANY hp's...... a lvl 20 melee will have a bit of a hard time w/ him..... but it will always come out in the melee's favor..... Casters might have a BIT more trouble, if they dont have a pet..... lol

The Prophet conned yellow to me at level 18.
Then how is the lvl off? Yellow usually means one to two lvls higher than you. You're 18 he is 20..... 20-18=2. Hence a yellow con.

Killed him very easily with my LvL 27 Druid, barely even a scratch on me, however there wasn't any mob with him, just me vs him. Dropped the sealed note and the spell book, after reading the info about the book i will take it to to gnome and see what happens. Not enough info about the sealed note yet.

i am a level 28 ranger and the prophet was a light blue con to me, the 2 times i seen him. i wiped him out with ease though as if he was an oracle. i even took him and crush on at the same time once, and won with relative ease. so i wonder about the level listed. it is true he fought like that level of a mob. but i got xp at 28. go figure.

The sealed note has to do with the falchion quest in felwithe. THe note is a clue that tells you where to pick up one of the items needed to complete the quest. THe item is a crate that you find being smuggled on one of the islands in the ocean of tears

Does anyone know the name of the paladin in Felwithe who wants the sealed note, and the gnome in the Akanon library who wants the spellbook? I have them both...just want to see them returned to the right people.
BTW I am a lvl 14 pally, and I was in a group of lvl 12-16 when the Prophet spawned, and we killed him fairly easily. Likewise Crush...Dvinn was a little harder...

I m cleric 27 and i killed both Crush and the Prophet. They both gave me xp. I gave the ringmail to a little halfling druid 18.
So i have to kill him again.

Just a warning, the prophet sees invisible. I was standing in the entrance in CB and someone trained him and some legos there. I was invisible so wasn't worried until boom, the prophet hits me and I become visible, then the legos start pounding on me. I was right near the zone but was stunned. When I finally made it through the zone, I came out with only a few HP left. So if you see him and your not high enough to take him, don't think invisibility will help you, get out quick.
Ah but what about Camo?

ok i just killed the stupid orc. hes about the size of a cent. he normaly drops 3 NO DROP NO LORE items and a few other things. a royal guard will spawn with him (before him and as well as crush and dvinn most of the time but you will never have dvinn and or crush up with this guy) hes not hard. hes best to melee this way to can inturupet his spells. hes not hard guys just take it on damageing blow at a time )
I'm not sure if I understood this post correctly, but I would like to note that I fought both Emperor Crush and The Prophet simultaneously. Therefore it is possible for both to be present at the same time.

the prophet spawns infront of the emperor ing the room at the top of the stairs to your right as you enter will be either a centurion of the ambassador the cent is a ph for the ambassador (he hits pretty hard) the emperor cons blue to me at 25 and the prophet does too sometimes.

I'm not so sure he's 15-17. he conned even to me at 19 a few times, and blue a few times.

just snare the guy, or stun him if you don't have a Ranger or Druid in the party, then wait to use your bash, kick, etc. 'til he starts casting. If you snare him first, he won't have time to get off a spell without you interrupting. Make sure your healer has a Cure Disease ready just in case he does though.

To the dork who said he killed TWO royal guards and the prophet at level 20: First of all, the royal guard is a single spawn so you didn't even SEE two, much less kill two. Second, there's nothing in CB you can't handle at level 20, so quit being a big wussy and go someplace that will actually be challenging. What a numbnuts.

There were two royal guards this morning when my party was clearing out the throne room. One was in the throne room, one was on the stairs. I was shocked to see the other one too, since I'd just dropped the one from the tower, and my partners were fighting off the other one. So there CAN be two royal guards. I see two on track a lot of the time.

if you are a caster you can take dvinn at 20, melee can't, and any 20 should be able to do crush easy
