Over the past several years I've taken note as to which bags appear when on this vendor. There seem to be 12 total, alternating on the same schedule every year. I don't have an exact schedule, but my records logging which bags appear when should be enough for you to predict the rotation close enough to get what you want. (The bag seems to change on or around the 18th-19th of every month.) Hope this helps anyone else interested in collecting them all!

I decided to purchase this. I have 4 accounts and loads of token points. More then 800 per account so i figured i would purchase 1 bag of platinum. I was given exactly 13197 pp on a level 90 iksar shaman. To see how much chronobine you get i purchased a bag for 18 loyalty tokens. It was only 100 chronobine. Same thing with the bag of orux. Only 100 orum.

Price was 436 on Povar but still 109 on Trakannon.
