Keyword to enter the zone and mission is "ready"
Task steps > Kill 1 Skaramatra the Risen
> Return to Tierna Morganna

The entrance had 6 or 7 defenders of sorts in the hall entering the crypt
Skaramatra has two HP locks and spawns 2 adds at each lock, defeat the adds to unlock the HP

A reward chest spawns at the end of the Skaramatra fight, Opening the chest reveals a loot item, appears to be level 85 gear.
