Bag of Phosphenes  

 

I just opened 3 of these, all gave me 100 phosphenes each. If level matters, I'm 85. At only 11 loyalty tokens, that's pretty good IMO. I don't know about other classes', but shaman's Solteris bp is still very useful for click/focus. I still switch mine on when casting malo on magic resistant raid mobs and click it when trying to slow them. Also good for spells since many people didn't get Rk. III spells when Solteris was current content because of the inanity of having visible gear and spells buyable from the same currency. If you're like me and want now-obsolete Rk. III's just for the sake of having them, this is a great use for loyalty tokens. And fortunately... a great use for only a few of them!
