Killed today on Rizlona TLP server during Classic era.

He spawned from one of the two Minotaur Guard spots in front of Meldrath.

Took me around 5 clears before he appeared.

The respawn rate appears to be around 8 minutes.

Possible spawn locations:
  • +1665, -1941
  • +1650, -1939

Was farming Minotaur Blood and he dropped a Crystallized Sulfur as well as a blood.

This mob drops an item needed for the shield of devout quest, which starts in the temple of solusek ro. This is the harder part, at about 40 hours camping it and that people will try to ks you.

He has to be higher then lvl 30 cause I fought him 3 times at lvl 28 and he conned red all three times

Ermm...yeah, supposedly he drops an Icon of Devout for the cleric Shield of Devout quest...I'll be heading there soon with my lvl 10 cleric to try to confirm this :) HURRAH FOR GUILDS THAT HELP!!

The Minotaur Sentry spawns in the same room as Meldrath, after you have killed Melly's guards enough, the Sentry will spawn, and carries an item for a cleric armor quest.
