What is the respawn time after some a$$hat kills the quest giver?

Jaled`Dar won't talk to you until you've completed tasks for some of the other Ring of Scale dragons. It is not known for certain what combination of tasks is required. You need, at a minimum, two of the "Sarnak Recovery" tasks (and that may be it).

dropped dragon fin spikes, and tome of fourth wind Rk II.
In addition to the mask quests:
2 tasks from Phara Dar
2 tasks from Talendor
2 tasks from Severilous
2 tasks from Trakanon
Didn't do anything from Gorenaire so I'm guessing you need to do all tasks for at least four dragons.

Once you complete all the progression missions you can come back and get any one of them again. Handy if you want to come back to get certain named that didn't spawn when you did them for progression.

First three missions I did in FoS and it was all three in a row and went to tell him "problems" and he still says I'm a snack :(

When I started seeing if i could request tasks, I had already completed the 5 quests for the mask (once).
I then completed:
Sarnak Recovery (Burynai)
Sarnak Recovery (Sokokar)
Raising Cabilis
Drake Scourge
After Drake Scourge, received the yellow text, "Your success is appreciated by the great dragon" and can now request Lost and Found.

I completed my second sarnak recovery mission as my first mission into warmly faction and he would speak to me.
I have *NOT* completed Drake Scourge.
I have completed:
Raising Cabilis (~5 times)
The Grand Illusion (and subtasks) (~5 times)
Supplies (3 times)
Food Supplies (1 time)

I have 2 characters, both are amiable. I have not done drake scourge I have done about 10 tasks and my SK is short one task of my Shaman. The Shaman can get the Jarled to speak with her but the SK cannot. So I believe the minimum is 10 or so tasks as others have done and not done tasks that I have and I have not done tasks they have. I am short one of the sarnak recovery tasks on the SK btw and both toons have done the first task. Commonly we have done Raising Caballis, one Sarnak Recovery mission, The Grand Illusion, Supplies and Food Supplies. Hope this helps. If any mission is required it would be Grand Illusion and a certain amount of other tasks, will update when the SK does one more task.

The Sarnak recovery quest appears to me to have serious problems.
This is the one that starts with killing Sebilisian trackers.
I have turned in the scroll to do it twice now. It reports it as
unlimited but it is not. It appears to last about 3 days before
you are kicked out of the quest. I cannot play continously and
get the second update. Killing escaped Sarnaks for the update
is rare enough that I have not been able to get the update. I
thought at first it was due to taking another group quest on one
of my characters. AFter doing a second turn in it turns out I have
been kicked out anyway with no additional quests be accepted. The
GM's have not been helpful. They have no clue from my conversations
what is happening and why you are being kicked out. One told me it
was because I was shrouded. They are unwilling to restore the task
and from what I can see at this point it would not do me any good
anyway.

I have not done Raising Cabilis. I have done Drake Scourge. I am able to request all 5 progression tasks as well as the Kaesora Library raid. Sadly, my quest history doesn't go back far enough to see what I actually did do. I know this is not a lot of help. But, at least you know that those quest listed are not required to progress further.

giving quest's at kindly is incorrect, i am currently warmly on one of my char's and he still is not giving me the quest
with that being said he is Task based, should be able to get the first quest he gives once u have completed a task that he requires u to have to get his first Quest.
