Just to clear it up the Drake-spikes are made from the Dragon fin Spikes and are the arrow heads. Add them to any shaft such as Bundled wooden arrow shafts, with griplan feathers, and small grove nocks and you get a pretty good bunch of arrows. Just my 2 cp : )

They also drop off drakes in DoN Lavaspinners missions. Replace any arrow head in any arrow recipe and it boosts the trivial level of the combine and the damage of the arrow.
