The quest now only requires 40 pounds of meat (carcasses) to be turned into Severilous for completion, an update for every 10 pounds, he quest verbage still says 100 pounds, but 40 pounds of turn ins is Task Stage Completed

i had a lot of fun killin him, took a long time...
btw if any want to know - a 35k nuke (from a lvl 83 wiz) only did 3% on him so LOTS OF HP!

and where is he cannot seem to find him anywhere
After completing the 'Food Supplies' quest. You can again hail Severlous for the next quest.
