This shared task begins by handing a "Sealed Message" (dropped by "a Sebilisian messenger") to any of the Ring of Scale dragons in the Field of Scale. The message reads as follows:
The creation of the undead army you requested is underway my lord. Our necromancers are hard at work in the mausoleum, and by this time next week an entire legion of fearless and tireless warriors will rise to your command against the dragons. *The dragons may find this of interest. You should show it to them. Note, no other "Sealed Message" will work. Only the one with the above text will work for this task. Trakanon quickly reads the note and then looks up at you. 'This is troublesome news indeed. Something must be done about it, and quickly! I cannot spare any dragons to deal with this problem. Were you to destroy these abominations, your trust within the Ring of Scale would most assuredly grow. You have been assigned the task 'Raising Cabilis'. Venture to the Iksar mausoleum at the base of the hills west of the assembled dragons and put an end to the undead army being raised there. Speak to Jaled'Dar when your task is complete. Although the task description points you to a specific area, bonecasters and bonetroopers from anywhere in the zone will work. Kill 2 Sebilisian bonecasters 0/2 (Field of Scale) Kill 8 Sebilisian bonetrooper 0/8 (Field of Scale) Speak with Jaled'Dar 0/1 (Field of Scale) You say, 'Hail, Jaled`Dar' Your task 'Raising Cabilis' has been updated. Just got this task at level 86 and completed it.
I found the needed Sealed Message and turned it into the nearest dragon, who gave the expected response but then: You can not be assigned this shared task becayse your party's average level is too low.
I don't know (yet) if I can get the task solo, but apparently if you're in a group there's some minimum average level. I was 88 and grouped with my merc, but also a level 1 bazaar mule to enable group leader AAs. Not only did I not get the task, but the dragon kept the message, so now I have to find another.

I did raising cablis/ the mask quest for lizard form / amd food quest / and the sokra quest twice and he talked to me..

BTW THIS HAS A 6 HR TIMER IN WHICH YOU MUST COMPLETE IT..MISSED IT FIRST TIME BECUSE THE BONECASTERS WOULD NOT POP ANYWHERE ON THE FIELD EXCEPT BY KURNS TOWER AND INSIDE A BIG AGRO GRP OF MOBS....
Timer is unlimited as of today.

No - this still has a timer to complete the task. I obtained the task and completed the first part. Then logged and came back after a weekend off and the quest was gone from my quest window. Even though it said "unlimited" in teh quest description - it was somehow removed from my quest list.

Soloed it, snare-root-kite the Bonetroopers in the back <east> side because the Bonecaster will come out the back door and agro all of them to you if you try to bring him out the side <north> door. Kite to the west or north. Plenty of room.

I was in a group of three. Only one group member did the hails and requested the task. We got the task as a shared group task.
