Head to Nektulos Forest and hunt down any halflings you see. All but one (the one has the word Deputy in his name) are Storm Reapers, the druid guild, which directly oppose Unkempt Druids. Slay them to your heart's content, and you bottom out Storm Reapers very quickly, as well as damage other factions associated with the Halflings of Rivervale.
Now, to repair the damaged factions, head into Rivervale and find Blinza Toepopal. Make this macro key:
/pause 5, /targ Blinza
/pause 5, /say I will take the stew
/pause 5, /say I will take the stew
/pause 5, /say I will take the stew
/pause 5, /say I will take the stew
What you'll be doing is the Jillin's stew quest, but adapting Erud's Tonic to this. Aggro her in some way, and make sure you don't accidentally kill her, and run her up to Deputy Lowmot. At this point it really, REALLY helps if your class can root or better yet, snare for a long period of time. Fade aggro, click off invis. Now say to Blinza you'll take the stew once, and give it to Lowmot which opens a trade window.
Click the macro, and this takes some practice, but you automatically target her, and between each phrase you put the LORE bowl into the three remaining trade window slots. So you should have 4 in the trade window, and holding one extra. Click trade, get the faction, then click the bowl you're holding on Lowmot again and hit the macro. Repeat as necessary. Hail Blinza once in a while to keep her in place, or she'll wander back to her spot.
The factions you get repair all the factions you hurt when you hunted in Nektulos, and the Dreadguard Outer faction is easily fixed with stacks of red wine. If by some chance your faction is too low to do the stew quest, a halfling illusion potion may temporarily suffice enough for a while.
