Yeah, so I was in UP last night, fighting with a great group...so much DPS, it was a beautiful thing...anyway...since I had a little room to experiement, I figured I would. This spell, and the lvl 44 DoT, Elemental Maelstrom, do stack. Which means, with only the enhancements from the iron bracelet we can conjure, Each was hitting, initially, for 400 and 200, repectively and for (approx) 100 and 80, repectively, each tic, for 5 tics...do the math...that comes out to around 1500 dmg...and for very little mana...very effective. I also found that with KEI, and SR, and some mana conservation gear, I was actually gaining mana during the battles, and doing more, overall damage, than if I were to cast Scars or Lava Bolt.
I hope this helps...a great spell, and an even great combination.

Cannot be bought off of merchants...occassionally in the baz, but it is easier and chaeper to buy the ingredients, also found in the baz, and then get them combined by another mage...or you could try to farm it, but a very rare drop, from what I understand.

According to Prima's Official Strategy Guide this Spell is now researchable, with the release of the LDON expansion.
Wrath of the Elements:
Trivial at: 190-205
Components: Scales of Veeshan
Words of Domination
Parchment
Quill
This is a L55 spell, requiring the components to be combined in the Arch Magus Grimoire. To obtain the grimoire go to the Gulf of Gunthak and Hail Researcher Alvarik located at p1375, p75. respond by saying "I am a Magician".
The components are not NO-DROP, so you may be able to find them in the Bazaar.
The Scales of Veeshan avg 100pp
The Words of Domination avg 5pp, but have seen them as high as 100pp.
If you are the adventurous type and want to find the items yourself:
Scales of Veeshan are dropped by Tiger Raptors in Cazic Thule (a 53-55 mob), and Yvolcarn in Cobalt Scar (a 52 mob).
Words of Domination are dropped by many mobs, but the ones listed on this site say that the words are dropped by a Tachnian Fly in Plane of Disease, and by an Enforcer in PoJ.

Why does it seem like spells that should be conjuration are evocation? I mean, all this shock line really should be conjuration. You're summoning the electricity, not shooting it.
