Innoruuk is one of four encounters in Phase Five of the Plane of Time raid expedition. He is not aggro until his "army" has been killed. There is not much to the mobs, except that there are many of them. He is not tethered.
Innoruuk says 'Your kind have invaded my home for long enough. If you thought you knew what hate was before, I have one last lesson to teach you!' Innoruuk hits for a max ~3,500 (quads); AE rampages (mitigated to ~1,500); flurries; and enrages. He spawns 3 adds at 80% (1x a hatebringer of Innoruuk and 2x guardian of the dark prince) and 4 to 5 adds at 20% (2x hatebringer, 2x guardian). He casts the following spells: Barrier of Hatred: Self 0', Fire (0) 1: Increase Damage Shield by 225 2: Increase ATK by 175 3: Increase AC by 135 4: Increase Absorb Damage by 1800 Seething Hatred: PB AE 80', Magic (-450) 1: Decrease Agro Multiplier by 40% 2: Decrease Hitpoints by 325 Seething Hatred: PB AE 100', Fire (-200) 1: Decrease Hitpoints by 550 per tick 2: Decrease Agro Multiplier by 75% 3: Fear up to level 0 Innoruuk has been slain by _____! Innoruuk's corpse says 'This cannot be. . . I will return. . . somehow, in some way. . .' Loot from this event includes three items from this list: Barrier of Freezing Winds Bracer of Timeless Rage Earring of Celestial Energy Girdle of Stability Gloves of Airy Mists Jagged Timeforged Blade Mantle of Pure Spirit Necklace of Eternal Visions Serrated Dart of Energy Shroud of Survival Songblade of the Eternal Timeless Chain Tunic Pattern If this is the last of the four gods killed in Phase Five, you will see this exchange between the elemental gods... Fennin Ro says, 'Impossible! How could the races of Norrath have traveled this deep into the Planes?!' Xegony says, 'I regret that it has come to this. They leave us with little choice, however. We must fuse our powers together. Separately we are weakened, together we will halt their advances.' Triumvirate of Water says, 'Unfortunate as it may be, I agree. We must call upon the beast we swore would never be needed.' The Rathe says, 'Then let us begin. Let our abilities and powers meld into one. It shall be our final protector and savior. The only thing standing between us and non-existence' Your head pounds from the amount of raw energy that begins to coalesce throughout the plane. Bright flashes of red, blue, green and brown begin to come into focus on one single point. A large towering beast begins to manifest itself. A horrible creation with all the powers from each elemental realm. Your body begins to shudder by the mere presence of this being. With a sudden jolt the wall comes into crystal clear focus. As the path before you opens up in a swirl of mystical energy, the faded image of an hourglass appears. You have two additional hours. ...And Phase Six, in which you encounter Quarm, will be open to you. The click-in point is not safe upon first clicking in. 3 adds are consistently spawning at 80% (1x a hatebringer of Innoruuk and 2x guardian of the dark prince) and 4 adds spawned at 20% (2x hatebringer, 2x guardian). Uncertain of the consistency of the 20% spawns, but in 4 attempts, 3 mobs spawned at 80%. Aradune server, PoP/LoY era, DZ.

I know where is is supposed to spawn in Hate, but have been killing things in that area for several hours every day for a week and still no spawn. Is he on a timer? Is there a PH for him? Any info would be helpful!

He no longer spawns adds, and hasn't for quite some time. He also uses the DS spell from the Fabled version instead of the regular one.

Just did him with 13 and no adds at all popped.
