Does this clicky stack with the clicky from Prismatic Ring of Resistance?
Yes, at least its totally different slots. So in according to the rules of stacking it should.
O.K. the 20 to resists is way cool....
If you dont mind me asking though, what is screech?? Some type of stun effect like the owlbears use or something??

I'm not sure but don't think you can stack two effects with a "screech" component.There are three items with screech that I know of:
Veil of the inferno-180hp
Band of primordial energy-54ac
Earring of celestial energy-20 to all resists.
Again,I think you can only use one of the three effects at a time.So the screech is only there to prevent stacking of these three effects.

effect is 20sv all which stacks with all other resist buffs.
