Bring Me Their Paws!

This quest is given by various NPCs, depending on who controls the stronghold, including Skald Jergald, "a dark initiate" and "a headhunter." The NPC is non-KOS and is located just beyond the door to the stronghold.
You may get the task after having looted the items involved. The only step involved in the actual task is delivery. Deliver 4 Wurine Paw (0/4) - Sverag, Stronghold of Rage Heads, limbs, flesh! Bring me whatever it takes to show me that you are willing to fight against our enemy! Upon turning in four Wurine Paws you receive your class spell: Bard - Spell: Arcane Aria Beastlord - Skill: Rake Berserker - Skill: Bloodthirst Cleric - Spell: Elixir of Divinity Druid - Spell: Barkspur Enchanter - Spell: Ward of Bedazzlement Magician - Spell: Spear of Ro Monk - Skill: Heel of Kanji Necromancer - Spell: Grave Pact Paladin - Spell: Ward of Tunare Ranger - Spell: Scorched Earth Rogue - Skill: Razorarc Shadowknight - Spell: Theft of Agony Shaman - Spell: Nectar of Pain Warrior - Skill: Mock Wizard - Spell: Ice Block | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

You have to stand REALLY close to the guy on the other side of the door once you enter into Sverg and then hail him. He will give you a list of quest and you choose Bring me their Paws and then do turn in once you have the quest ftw
OK, how the hell do you get to the turnin guy? My ranger tracks him warping all over the zone and everything here sees thru invis. What am I missing? The guy is not just thru the door to the stronghold.
OK, apparently the quest is a "bit" broken. The guy will still give you the quest and you can still do the turn-in, but he warps and will continue to warp and roam even as you're getting the quest/doing the turn-in. I was only able to solo the turn-in because as a necro I could go invulnerable. My guild did it for a bunch of members by training the whole zone and then everyone spreading out in search of the one who didn't aggro. Apparently Sony is aware of the "bug," but there is no ETA on a fix.

Please remove a farspirit from the list of names as a questgiver, for this quest. He will not give this quest "Bring Me Their Paws". The same goes for the NPC for each race that controls the zone. They will not give the collection task for there own race.

This is an alternate quest for level 70 spells if you haven't done the skins quest.
