With a class that can succor, you can pull, snare one, move back about 100 yards, snare another, then succor..... run back invis (its a short run), tank 1 at a time, rinse, repeat until the camp is broken. Easily done with a Ranger and a Druid.

Ok, after chatting cross servers with other people and doing more exploration, i finally figured out just where these suckers spawn. Here is how to get there...Get across to the ww side of the zone (either succor/warp or run). After that look for the well that enthralled bulthorks and other mobs will be guarding (none see invis). Hop in the well there. It is a shaft that goes downward similar to the ones in kedge. At the bottom of the well will be a few mermaids (neriad mistresses). They DID NOT see invis when i went. Just summon an eye down to scout if your worried ive heard that some do and some do not see invis /shrug. Once down there turn to the right, there will be a tunnel. Follow this tunnel around and you'll come up to an area where you can get out. This is the where the siren myrmidons and tons of other sirens spawn. NONE of them see through invis (at least i never saw one that did and i conned everything). There were about 12 myrmidons up when i went and the 7th one i killed dropped the page. I think just about any class can do this solo provided you have decent gear and aa's. Being a necro i was able to solo pull and i got singles everytime. To be safe, bring a group. They hit fairly hard but dont have many hps at all. Hope this helps...

I agree to "where"...any info on how to get to this mob would be greatly appreciated...I have looked all over but i cant find them. From the cs zone in what way do i go? Please, anyone who knows or finds this out please post the location of these mobs. thanks

Where can I find these mobs? Been looking for a Siren myrmidon for the assist Silverwing quest, but I can't seem to find any. Maps here are useless too. Can anyone give me some detailed directions to find a camp with these mobs? Could a level 65 ele geared SK with 285 AA's solo the camp? Any info on this would be appreciated thanks.

The picture of the mob shown indicates they are down the well, on the multi platform structure in SG.

Can also drop the Runed Sea Shell with 1 charge of Enduring Breath on it. Had this mob drop one on Feb. 2nd 2004.

Conned these last night as well as Templars. Even con to yellow at 55 with my druid happily considering every one of them. So a better range is 55-56. Also, got this off one, first kill:
