This is listed in the bestiary as a monster but should be updated to a rare creature. This is a rare spawn which also counts towards the hunter achievement.

Grimlings here have reasonably high resists. And you need high resists yourself here. I've been camping the 3 rooms around the entrance lately, and none seem to see invisibilty. Respawns, I've not timed, but estimate to be 20 to 25 minutes. All seem to have 6000HP give or take a few hundred HP.
4 main mobs in this area are as follows;
Soulsoothers can do a single complete heal, and they love using knockback based spells. Most spells are hard to resist. Boil Blood being the primary damage I have suffered in this zone.
Shik'nars seem to have more HP than grimlings, but are slow runners. Warrior mobs.
Deathspeakers cast a lot of poison spells that are not too hard to resist. These guys are easiest to kite, as they prefer to cast than melee and have less HP than any others. They make cool chanter pets.
Bloodguards are straight warrior mobs.
Mobs are not social. Most are spread apart enough for wizzie AE snare to pull singles. If you want to group with a tank/healer style setup, there is a good small room just to the left when you zone in.
Brilliant place for point blank AE group, but don't forget a healer.
Actually, you can tell shaman from cleric casters by what they wear. The Shaman's all have formal looking tunics and pants, and the clerics look like, well, slobs actually. Once you know the difference in clothing you can pick and choose your spell load for the occasion. Being an enchanter though, I do to them what I do to all casters - I chain stun their silly butt's until my DC pet has beat them senseless.
Note that some of the soulsoothers are clerics that can cast Complete Heal and Wrath, just as OpiumHigh says, but some are shaman and will cast accordingly.
I'm not sure how to tell the difference other than to observe what that are casting. If a soulsoother tries to Malo you, then you certainly dont have to worry about it CHing.
Deathspeakers are necromancers minus the pets. No big concern if you have the proper resists up and cures ready.
Mobs are not social, but they do wander quite a bit near the zone in and will add.
Good info, just wanted to add a few things I know. Some of the grimling deathspeakers will see through invis so be careful. Not all of the shik'nars are warriors, I've had some cast shammy spells on me.

As others mentioned, from zone in you turn right then make the first left. This will be the room ritualist spawns. There's one mob directly behind the white fence and one off to the side in the corner. The mob in the corner is the PH.
Killed him 4 times now while farming acrylia. If you don't know what room he's in, from the entrance hang a right then the immediate left into a room with a bamboo cage thingy. He has a PH that is in the far corner of the roughly square room by the cage that can be any type of grimling.
In the time I've spent there I'd wager a guess that he's about a 1 in 15 spawn after you kill the PH but I've also had him spawn back to back. Thankfully since I was solo he dropped the bone first and the chainmail second so I didn't need to let anything rot or give it away.
Good luck getting him, that chainmail is some sweet stuff.
I was over my cousins house when he was trying to get the chainmail with his 65 beastlord and i got bored so i recorded spawn time and its 27 minutes for any one to spawn so once you clear the room wich takes 10-15 minutes it will be about 12-17 minutes before the first one spawns again. It would be nice if they lowered the spawn time to 20 min.
Agent Tiesh is found in the conquered grimling "town", near tenebrous mountains zoneline in Grimling Forest, standing near the rocks in the center.
Agent Tiesh says 'Ahh . .yes. I've read reports about you. Always showing up here and there across Luclin. Not always under the best circumstances though, eh? No matter. I need someone who can get [things done]. I'm not looking for a saint.'
You say: 'I can get things done.'
Agent Tiesh says 'I've been collecting information on the Grimlings and a disturbing pattern is emerging. Although the military-minded Vah Shir are focused on the Grimling battle strength, I fear there is something else growing in the [dark depths] of those caverns.'
You say 'what dark depths'
Agent Tiesh says 'There is a legend of a Vah Shir named Khati Sha. He was one of my people's first great heroes. An explorer and leader, he mysteriously disappeared long ago. I have the unsettling feeling that this war will uncover the [secret] of his disappearance.'
You say: 'What secret'
Agent Tiesh says 'I believe that Khati Sha is somehow wrapped up in the past and present of the Grimlings. There are tales of a 'Legend of Lies' amongst the common Grimlings. . .a secret history kept by their elite. If you are willing to help, go into the deep caverns and search out this text. If we can find it, we may be able to unravel the truth of the Grimling past.'
When you turn in the book you receive the book back and this discussion:
Agent Tiesh says 'This is disturbing. Is there no corner of place or time that the Shissar have not tainted? I must know more. The Vah Shir people must know the truth of their [hero].'
You say 'What about their hero'
Agent Tiesh says 'I must try and collate this legend with the rest of the information. I must ask you an enormous favor. Will you go and search for more information? I can give you no better direction but to hunt the snake men. The text tells of 'ledgers and testaments' . . .perhaps the Shissar have some record of the event. Take this [summary scroll].'
You say: 'What summary scroll'
Agent Tiesh says 'It has a magic on it that will encode any text put into it, hiding meaning in confusion. See if you can track down the answers we need. Return to me when you have sealed the scroll, when you've found all the answers you can. I fear, however, that the final answer may only be found when we find Khati Sha himself . . .or whatever remains of him.'
---------
The summary scroll is a 4 slot container. It can be destroyed (for space purposes) and gotten again by turning in the book of lies again. I do not know how the rest of this goes, but I will find out eventually =)
Took the ritualist down yesterday. He dropped the range item and Book of Lies (No Drop, Lore). I am unable to find information on what this book is for. Anyone know?
Yep took him down today got Acrylic chainmail. Hehe my wifes ranger or shammy will be happy. From zoneline go right and hang an imediate left. he is in that room spawns behind the wooden thingy. Good luck =)
