These have expansion set to Kunark but they are required level 65, and the recipe does not function during Kunark on TLPs. Should have expansion set to Planes of Power.

dont bother making these guys. Ralkor Stoneclaw (potion merchant in the alchemy supply room) sells these for 46pp a piece.

When I used this it didn't show up in a buff slot. . .does this make it stackable with spell haste?

If a spell already omn you blocks a potion, the potion is still consumed, but you do not get the effect
I used a different potion for the AC hp buff and got message that spell was blocked by another spell. It used up the potion though. Perhaps this happened to you if you already had spell haste up. If it did not show up at all, then perhaps it is the same as item haste?

I have a 15% haste item (Swiftclaw sash) and the 15% haste potion (Distillate of Alacrity III) stacked with it. So worn haste will not block the potion. I would imagine it was spell haste.
