corroded plate drops near the kael arena. I've seen most pieces drop there (boots, gloves, legs, and arms) no idea where the BP drops. They can be MQ'd if you so desire (when I looted the legs I got about 10 tells offering me items and cash to MQ it with them). Each piece is rare as hell though, g'luck.

Quest armour can also drop near the tromax area near the guy that drops some nodrop bow, and the guy that drops cloak of the malestrom.
Lots of plate drops in the icehouse, which is south of the second bridge when coming from EW side. (never seen anything other than plate drop there actually)
I actually got plate legs while camping bank for faction last night, and saw plate arms as well. (I couldn't see where monk was pulling from, and he may have actually brought those mobs from the tromax area)
Breastplates seem to be able to drop from any of these places, they just seem to be the most rare drop.

I got my first Flawed Sea Sapphire today off of a regular Cobalt Drake in Cobalt Scar. I didn't know that these flawed gems dropped off of the drakes, but they do.

Flawed sea saphires drop in Cobalt Scar off wyverns and Dragon Necropolis off rats. Hope this helps.

The higher level giants in Kael have a random chance of dropping erroded leather. They also drop some silk for casters, chain, and plate. All of these are for the quest armors. The gems can be found in several zones (Icewall Keep, Wakening Lands, Cobalt Scar are some). Just if you are wondering, the quest armor you need for Kael armor and Skyshrine armor you will find in Teemple of Veeshan.

we got one of these off of the kobolds on level 2 of the labyrnth. fairly rare drop for gems in here, much more so that other zones from what I can tell.

Ok so cobolt scar huh? But what drops eroded leather? I have heard Giant Leutenant drops coroded armor but does that mean other giants in the giant city drop the armor for all other quests aswell?
