As of June 7 2023 on the Oakwynd server at level 1 the gnoll fang turn in to Captain Tillin in South Qeynos rewarded 14.9% exp and the following moonstone turn in gave 2.8%.
Capt Tillin no longer accepts these fangs for some reason.

this quest is rally cool i went from lvl 8 to 9 in one trip now i went to do lots of quests
If you're doing the S. Qeynos Gnoll fangs, look out for the Corrupt Guard neg faction hits. Recommend taking these to the Barbie in Halas. No neg faction and just as good xp.

For the Qeynos quest, this is part 1 of the quest. First you give your gnoll fangs to Captain Tillin on the balcony above the warriors guild in South Qeynos. (You don't even have to hail him for text.) For your reward, he gives you a moonstone, good experience, and I think some coin.
For the 2nd part of the quest, take those moonstones (unstackable) to McNeal Jocub in the southernmost pub/bar. He gives you some Blackburrow Stout, which you can sell back to him, or drink for yourself to build that ever-important Alcohol Tolerance skill...<chuckle>

this is an excellant quest for newbies in quenos...when you get to 5th lvl go to blackburrow and save the fangs (they stack)..and when your not busy or you go to quenoys to sell loot complete it.good exp i went from lvl 6 to lvl 7 with 1 stack (includes doing the moonstone part)

Or, for only positive faction hits, go to Halas in the Pit of Doom and give three to the female barbarian for money, experience, and if I remember correctly, food.

i don't know a lot the thing i really don't know is how to go places and do quests and to personally talk to one person without typing in there name so being as smart as you people probably are do you have any advice for me to figure this stuff out beside the internet and asking around signed,

make sure you target the npc you want to talk to and hail them.when they talk back some of the words will be in brackets []....when you reply make sure you use the bracketed words...good luck and have fun
