I am a lvl 10 and still get good exp. off these guys. I can find some that are still blue to me.

The special thing about these guys is that they wander around the zone unlike most untrained MOBS. Good thing they are so weak.

You'd be better off going to EC or WC if you're looking for loot. The experience is generally better there too.
