This is also good for use in the CoF quest The Descending Tower if you get the step to collect items from supply crates. The crates are trapped. Take more than 5 scrying stones as it does not always work and you might end up using 5 stones on 1 chest (5 chests in all).

It appears to be sold by the Magus'. Found mine personally off the one in the Guild Lobby for 17pp a pop w/ 310 CHA.
From what i read can use in one of the MPG group trials too .. the one with all the chests that need to be opened

It's also used on the Wuggan's line of trap detecting/disarming/destroying spells.

Exorsism requires it only. Its to disarm a trap, but only a cursed trap in an LDON adventure.

A Greater Scrying Stone is used as a reagent for the Reebo's line of spells.
Reebo's Greater Augury
Reebo's Greater Exorcism
Reebo's Greater Cleansing
I think only one of the spells actually requires the reagent.
