wrecking this faction is a good thing the people in cab are the enemies of this group the forsaken are the outcast iskars and by killing them you are gaining positive faction with the people of cabalis vints facesmasher shaman lvl 22

The only people to avoid in Cab after you bottom this out are the folks whose factions you haven't raised. Basically, that would be the Crusaders of Greenmist and the shamen, since killing these guys raise the Legion of Cabilis and the necro guild, Brood of (I don't remember the name, but it's the necro guild.) To finish fixing Cab factions, I'd give a bunch of bone chips (a couple backpacks full, at least) to Trooper Mozo in Field of Bone. Just watch out for the Crusaders that are part of the guard detail at the ent to Cab.
