So with all the talk now of how STR does little for ATK, is there any reason to cancel the tanks' shammy buff +20 STR by casting this one and lowering their AGI?

ok... the chanter Strength buffs never used to have the rune effect... I imagine this stacks with the Rune spells but no component required. I'd be casting this on pets or... ANIMATIONS which won't be taking agro. Oh... and the Enchanter himself wouldn't be a bad target either... DUH..! Let the Druids and Shammans handle the real strength buffs... this one's probably more for the group casters and the wimpier pets...
