Enhancement Haste I

I am pretty new to this, so I have a newbie question. How do you use Enhancement Haste? Is it an automatic enhancement to your other spells if you have an item with in a backpack? A more detailed explanation of how this works would be very appreciated.
If you are wearing the item it is automatic.
If it is in an inventory slot or in a contaier you gain no effect.

Most definetly the rarest Mag dropped spell there is...worth at least 14k P per copy.

I love this spell, great damage for the mana, its a great conservant spell and good for groups, since it has very low resist rate. I found, and kinda still do, find it good for raids, since it has high recast rate and at this point summoned items nerf it good. Not high damage but considering its damn close to set, Im quite satisfied. They should throw another 50-100 dmg on it since its such a rare spell, but hey, nuthins perfect.

And Just where in the Great Divide is this spell found? It would be a great help to know that little gem of information.

what are the stats on these things?
On this past Saturday night my chanter buddy finally got the 9th AA she needed for Dire Charm. I pulled a timeless golem (we were in the grey) for her and equipped it to the gills. I gave it dual swords of runes (which looked like daggers in the huge golem), phantom plate, elemental blanket and an elemental defender. I would've summoned it a muzzle too but alas that spell has eluded me for the past two years.
When Silverspell had to camp we killed the former pet golem and when I looted the body all of the armor was still there and we all had a good laugh about finding a full suit of no rent armor on a mob. It seems that on dire charmed pets you can recover the armor and reuse it when you uncharm it and kill it off.

The armor has the same stats as bronze plate armor (rather heavy) and is bright red in color, reminiscent of rubicite but without the shine.
