Level 49-65 Sks get no upgrades to this spell line? I think it's kind of dumb, considering the level 55 restriction on this spell. One of the odd things the designers do with spell lines, (like pallies with pacify) give hybrids a spell line from a very early level and then completely kill off its usefulness at higher levels... seems odd.
this spell has level restrictions and doesnt work on fx a guardian wurm in skyfire which i learned the hard way yesterday:)
yes a spell that works only on 52 and under will not work on a level 59-60 mob, if you thought it would i question many things about you.

Bought mine on the Bottom Floor of the POK Library, it might have been on the other side, with the Necros
Works great for a 50-54 or so plus SK to fear kite the Stormwave and the Lady D in Dulak's Harbor. Run most of the mobs off of the main deck and then have the dock pops start up again. Can sort of "interesting” when you have a one feared and a dock pops on you. Also, if you need to turn one of the mobs, fear them again. That will turn them back the other way. Can be mana intensive (even for a dumb ogre with Kei) but also gives some pretty good xp. And have gotten 5 blue diamonds so far, as well as some other gems and such, Star rubies, etc.
The Spell lasts 42 seconds; usually need one more before the mob drops. Keep a longer

Faster casting, longer lasting fear for all mobs. Much better than the first level fear.
