I would expect to use this home s primarily on Charmed pets
Our other Haste line of spells seems to be more powerful, Haste-wise. Still, this line offers a lower level of Haste along with Agility and AC.
To me, this looks like the Haste you'd give a tank.
-The agility for avoidance.
-The AC for, well, armor.
-Reduced DPS in exchange for these.
Then I'd use the normal Haste spells on the melee/ranged DPS non-tanks.
Anyone else have an idea for the applications of both, or any opinions on the two in comparison/contrast?

I have encountered situations where this spell will not land on players even when they don't have any other haste buff on them due to the stacking/blocking part of the spell description. As described, some AC buffs will block it.
It will NOT be overwritten by any AC buff. If you have this buff on and someone casts an AC buff that blocks it, the buff will remain for the full duration but you won't be able to recast after it fades (or even refresh before it fades) while the other AC buff is on.

I found that Skin Like Steel (presumably other Skin Like spells) DID stack. Riftwind's Protection did NOT stack. This led my ranger pet to request Alacrity instead of Augmentation. As he put it, faster haste and he can buff his own Agility.
I found Illusionist Lobaen and she did not have this spell.
