NPC is also available in New East Freeport within the Dismal Rage area. She is a non-combatant as well as the majority of NPCs in close proximity to her. At approximately apprehensively she responds to hails, but the quest can be done at KOS by targeting her and saying "I am devoted to innoruuk". She will hand you the note despite her insult. With invisibility (after trade window, via player 2, or potion?, for indifferent) you can turn in the note to Perrir Zexus at the Neriak 3rd gate. NPCs inside his room are all non-combatants, but the guards outside will attack. My barbarian shaman is now ally with Priest of innoruuk just for fun.
