This group mission begins with Trilyaris at the zone-in of Toskirakk.
Pre-Requisites for Requesting: - Completed "Times are a Chainin'" task - Have at least "kindly" faction with "Toskirakk Slaves" (raised by doing tasks and killing Rallosian mobs in Rathe theme) You say, 'Hail, Trilyaris' Trilyaris says 'Hello, _____. You seem like you do not belong here, and yet you have helped us. This may mean that the slavers will begin to take more [notice] of you.' You say, 'Notice?' Trilyaris says 'Yes. They generally think we all look the same, but the ones that really catch their ire get noticed. One of our number, however, has found a [secret]. This is no [rumor] but simple fact.' You say, 'What secret?' Trilyaris says 'His name is Mihkan, and he has managed to find a way to disguise himself as one of the slavers and walk among them freely. He will not share his method for creating such a disguise, however, and those of us who have tried to retrieve the materials have failed. You look stronger, though. Would you like to [meet him]?' You say, 'I'd like to meet him' Trilyaris says 'Very well. I can open a secret way to his location when you and your companions are [ready].' You have been assigned the task 'Hiding in Plain Sight'. Mikan has discovered a way to disguise himself and pass freely among the Rallosian slavers in Toskirakk. Make contact with him and find his secret. Named "Borskar" is a named mob that spawns after killing 15 of anything in this instanced zone. He appears as a roamer east of the central part of the zone. He hits for a max ~7,000; has ~500,000 hitpoints; is immune to mez/stun; and AEs "Septic Shock": Borskar shouts, 'Lazy fools! None of you deserve to be in Rallos' army. I doubt any of you are worthy of the heroes death you are soon to enjoy.' Septic Shock: PB AE 40', Disease (-350) 1: Increase Disease Counter by 16 2: Decrease Hitpoints by 1200 per tick He drops one item per kill, with a chance at dropping an armor piece as well: Borskar's Beads Borskar's Charm Rallosian Mystic's Beads Rallosian Mystic's Charm Find out how to contact Mihkan from Trilyaris 0/1 (Toskirakk) This step updates when you say "ready" to Trilyaris to zone into the instance. Speak with Mihkan 0/1 (Toskirakk) In the first large slave room by The Void entrance is an ogre named "Mihkan" who /cons amiable. You say, 'Hail Mihkan' Mihkan says 'I can't be seen talking to you. If they find out about this [disguise] I won't live long enough to regret it.' You say, 'What disguise?' Mihkan says, 'It wasn't easy to make, and I'm not telling you how. Maybe if you bring me back the [components] I can work something out, but I'll warn you now that it's dangerous.' You say, 'What components?' Mihkan says 'I need the very essence of the Rallosian soldiers. Their bone and blood. I also need a full pouch of the ochre dye they use for their war paint. Finally I need a perfect example of the Emblem of Rallos Zek that they all carry. If you can bring all of that to me and you're still alive, I'll make a disguise for you.' Loot 1 Vial of Slaver Blood 0/1 (Toskirakk) Loot 1 Toskirakk Bruiser Bone 0/1 (Toskirakk) Loot 1 Seer's Ochre Pouch 0/1 (Toskirakk) Loot 1 Emblem of Rallos Zek 0/1 (Toskirakk) Fight Rallosians until the above four items drop: - "Vial of Slaver Blood" drops from slavers. - "Toskirakk Bruiser Bone" drops from bruisers, gladiators, slayers, and troopers. - "Seer's Ochre Pouch" drops from seers and mystics. - "Emblem of Rallos Zek" drops from champions. Pre-looted items from the non-instanced zone do NOT count towards this task. What quests raise faction with the slaves, to get to kindly?
The ones involving the frogs in Korscian Warrens are probably the fastest/your best bet

does he still spawn from 15 boars i have done cpleate clears of boars 12 times now and no spawn eah clear is about 17-20mobs
As of 6/29/2009, he still spawns after 15 kills, if he's going to spawn. I had a bad run the other day and was wondering the same thing (12 instances, no named), but got him several times last night. Now if he'd only drop a damned essence more often - 9 kills, 1 essence.

Seems odd, in all the other instances in SOD, you see a 'ph' a regular mob, pop if the named doesnt. I cant find one that pops in here. No sign of named yet, after 10 tasks.
Could be just unlucky. I believe you need to kill a certain number of mobs, boars or ogres, boars being easier of course. I always lose track of the number of mobs killed, but if he does spawn he spawns upon the death of a mob. And the count seems to be at least 10 mobs.

I'm ally with Rathe theme, i've done the Chainin' quest, yet Trlyaris refuses to speak with me. What am I missing?

You need kindly faction with the slaves in tosk, not the rathe faction.

Kindly is not enough - you also must do "Times are a'Chainin" - easy task from Injured Slave.

Can confirm this as well. Was unable to get on another toon with just Kindly. Times are a' Chainin' is required to do any of the group missions from Trilyaris (as is Kindly faction).

I can confirm that none of the items can be pre-looted at all. While the same monsters drop the items in the non-instanced version, they are not used for any thing.
Conversely, these items are not pre-lootable inside the instance as well, so you have to hail Mihkan before looting any of the items.
As well, the chronobine reward fluctuates (like any group instanced mission), and got 155 chronobines on the last completed mission. However, since this mission requires kindly faction from Toskirakk Slaves (which can only be raised by doing their quests from what I've seen), it doesn't appear to be dropping quickly any time soon.
