Warlord Vokken, Reluctant Gladiator, Pixxt Hihkx and Pixxt Kihkx all can be found in the Gladiator pit. PH's spawn and path up the ramps from the East and the West. You can kill them OR just leave them alone. After spawn they path into the Arena and start killing slaves, then a short time later will path out and despawn.
Dedgrex seems to spawn all over the Arena area. Just kill mobs in the lower area of Arena (non slaves), just make a circular path around the area and he will pop pretty quick.
Officiator spawns up top of the Arena in a static spot (PH is An Officiator) Loc +648, -159, 74).
Dedgrez and Officiator both seem to be common spawns, the other 4 seem to be rare.

These are the locations at or near where i killed the rare spawns. both Pixxt spawn in the arena with Gladiator and Warlord, from the side i have them listed on. The spawn time is roughly 15 minutes for BOTH sides, so it can be both spawns in 5 minutes, then 10 for the next. Each has several place holders. Viqu seems to spawn in ANY location outside of a building and the arena, and Dedgerex I found all over the inside of the arena, in non named or golem spawn points.

I believe killing Animal Trainer Kayzlc will give credit for Animal Handler Yluxx. It's possible I got it as a fluke, but see my comment on that mob's page for more info.

Yep, killing Animal Trainer Kayzlc or Animal Handler Yluxx checks the box for Animal Handler Yluxx in Hunter of Riwwi achievement.
