Guard Hirazen is a mean guard. I was a troll and was in EFP, bound at the docks by some idiot. I died in oot, the fisher lady got mad, and called the guard. I died several times and went from 14 to 12. Watch out, do not bind here as an evil race, thazza moral of this story.

Guard Hirazen & Ullinden ; along with some of the other mentioned guards patrol the open area that is inset going up the ramp to the closest access to West Freeport from the East Freeport juntion (in front of where the Priest of Discord stands) Mostly dark race characters and 45-50 lvl characters stay just outside the aggro range and "kite" the guard(s) into the open area and "root" spell, root spell, until the guard(s) die. Fine steel, short swords, notes ,runes, and Damaged helms are the loot. The items can be sold in Freeport for:
Fine Steel 1H (4.7 plat)
Fine Steel 2H (6.3 plat)
Schimitar 1H (6 plat)
Short Sword (1.7 plat)
Bronze Short Sword (.4 plat)
* Damaged Helm - This is quest item which can be turned into the Theron Rolius character on the roof of the Hall of Truth in North Freeport. He will give either 1,2 or 4 plat (random) for the damaged helm

Fine Steel 2H (6.3 plat)
Schimitar 1H (6 plat)
Short Sword (1.7 plat)
