Gloves of the Rock ClimberI've been hunting in Stonebrunt for the past week or so with my druid and my bard. Lots of cat pelts and some gems. Have managed to get 5 wazikashi of the frozen skies too.
Anyhow, took him down Jan 30th 2007 with my level 34 druid. Drones of Doom, Creeping Crud and Immolate 4-6 times. Hard to remember when you're running your butt off. All these "titans" are unsnarable and unrootable.
He also hit me with strong poison and it did a good chunk of damage around 400 HP's when all said and done. Also healed himself a few times I think.
Resisted Immolate a couple of times but thats to be expected.
Dropped the Gigantic Gorrilla Hide and Rockclimbers Gloves. Left the gloves rot and then kicked myself because they are a somewhat upgrade over what I have.
Also took down Slyder and the Titan Panda was up too but he wasn't having any over my DOT and running like a lunatic tricks. Hit him with Drones on the first shot. Then he resisted Creeping Crud 2 or 3 times and then Drones a few times and decided to gate out.

yes hes still up i see him alot wandering near the kobolds tents also the huge panda and i saw the snowbeast a couple of times too. i guess you were just on a bad timing.

Has anyone seen him latly the last post here is 2003, i have been looking for him for months for a turn in. Can anyone help?

I fought him, I started with 70% hp and I had none of my shields up. He DoTed me with scourge and then I let pet take care of him while i bound my wounds to make sure I didn't die. My pet was a 51 earth with plate armor, burnout 3, muzzle of mardu and the 56 damage shield. It took my pet about 60 seconds to kill him and he finished with 3 bubbles of health.

this guy is a cake walk for a ncro any where in the 45+ took me 4 casts and 1 min.

Found his spawn at approx loc 2500 neg 300, he wasn't on track a moment earlier so I'm assuming he spawned there.

hes and all the titans are random spawns i think, spent 2 weeks 40+ hours in zone and many other times popping in to check track and all but the panda are pretty rare. seen the panda up 4-5 different times old ghost, snowbeast, and prowler once each never did see slyder though

The quest items that require the no drops aren't no drop and sell well in the bazaar.

the faction hit u take for killing him or any of the titans is with kejekans and peacekeepers the first hit drop u from indeff to apprahensive but other then that u can kill alot more titan and kejekans and still be apprahensive, i guess ur at the lowest point of indeff. ive killed many titans did the cloak quest once and the leggens quest a few times, but from what ive see since stonebrunt came out the titans spawn rate drop alot

you don't need cancel magic just run him past the HIGHLAND kolbold camp towards water fall and then fear him if you got it and then cast on him or malee him

You loose faction with the peacekeepers and the Kejekans (the semi-kerrans who inhabit Stonebrunt). The Kejekans are NOT on the same faction as the kerrans (or I'd never get a moments peace with them, since I'm KOS to the Kerrans).

A guildie wants to kill him and another titan for some random quest in Erudin, and we all wandered out to Stonebrunt to help. Never found a single titan, so I couldn't con any of them.
If you kill them, do you lose faction with the cat people? Or are they on the peacekeepers as well as the Quellious guys in Erudin?
Would like to know this before messing up any future faction. Chanters may be good, but they're not gods of faction fixing. *grins*

Do all Titans spawn around Kitty village? As a 31 druid, could I track them from the village?

I had the fortune (or misfortune) of this guy aggroing my party at the Highland Kobold camp just north of the cat town. Lv 31 warrior, 29 mage, 28 ench, 32 bard, 30 ranger and me (31 pally) took him down 1/3 hp before he began to slaughter us. I imagine if we had a healer or 2 we could have taken him. Needless to say, 2 died, 2 gated, 1 invised and I led a train of him, 5 tigers and an entire kobold camp to the warrens zone. I outran him with sow, and encumbered by 100lbs (bamboo is heavy)
Good luck in killing him, he is a beast.

there is a Titans quest in both Paineel and Erudin. I know the giver of the Paineel quest is in a room above the brewrey. From what I've seen, the evil version of the quest is not worth the time, but the good version isn't bad. Don't have any idea where the good version starts. Also need rare drops off of some other named animals. Hope it helps.

I was wondering around last night all over the zone looking for this guy. I need him for the quest to purify my scimitar. I was trying to track him, but he never showed. I had track up all the time and nothing on radar. Do i need a track skill higher then 110 to find him? Or is there some trick to make him spawn?

He's the druid who grouped with me a while back and let me die because he, being the only healing class, thought he was a tank. So while my life dwindled away Hardey was in the middle of bashing a sarnak instead of healing. But really if he had been healing the result would have been the same. You know he's a twink when a druid fizzles 15 times in a row on his healing spell :)

Once you kill this dude take the hide and then go find Giang Yin and kill him. Take his hide and Ghostback hide to Aqbar in wizzy guild in Erudin.
Turn in both hides and you'll get Astrial Leggings of the Titans. AC? +9int +6agi .

Anyone with fear and SoW can solo this guy IMO(depending on lvl of course).He does not run as fast as sow,just a bit slower actually(maybe Jboot speed).He was BTM and I soloed him pretty easily(48 ranger) using Panic Animal and GWF (thanks to my lupine).Only real dmg i took was the disease dot he got off on me(think it was Scourge).Unfortunately this was before they fixed the loot coding so got no loot but did get a quarter blue exp.Now straight melee he would be a real tough solo but fear kiting he isn't a problem.
Oh and i doubt a lvl 58 got a half a blue considering i was 48 and got a quarter blue.

how exactly did you get no loot but got exp? the trivial coding was only if you didnt get exp.
As a 56 shaman, I tried to kill this with my normal root/DOT method. Then the guy that tracked it for me told me it could not be rooted. So I ran away using SoW/levi to make distance (he's SoWed too since a shaman).
I put up a pet, buffed it up, and found Old G again. Pet killed it with a little extra help from me (Celerity, Regrowth, Resist Magic, Turgur's) and it dropped one of the hides and the gloves. No one was around to loot so I picked them up. Horrible stats for the level, but they look dark blue.

my group, 32 cleric, 32 ranger, 32 rogue, 31 warrior, dropped him and his friends, yea we are well worked as a team, but we took him down with only minim. problems no loot though good hunting
